Oenovalabs, LLC is a private woman owned enterprise providing lab services to local, regional, and national companies. The lab is located at the Varaison Winery facilities at 405 W. First Street in Palisade, CO. The lab consists of state-of-the-art technology utilized by industry for food, beverage, and environmental analysis. Originally developed for wine analysis, the lab has expanded its services to provide a broad range of certified analysis to industry. The range of analytical services varies from simple sugar analysis by enzymatic or liquid chromatography to mass spectrometry. Oenovalabs professionals are degreed chemists, microbiologists, and biochemists. With an average of 25 years experience, the data that is generated is thoroughly reviewed and holds to the highest of industry standards. Services include liquid and solids analysis, food and beverage spoilage analysis, new product development, product adulteration, forensic analysis, analytical methods analysis, and consultation.
